RCNA submissions

Overview

RCNA is committed to ensuring that the expertise and experiences of nurses are well represented in policy development throughout the Australian health care system. RCNA:

  • is regularly invited to provide input and advice into a large variety of healthcare policy in the government, non-government and private sectors
  • actively identifies, examines and lobbies on issues that directly or indirectly affect the nursing profession and the health of the community.

In order to provide the most comprehensive responses RCNA seeks input from members in their relevant areas of expertise.

All members are invited to contribute to RCNA submissions. Click here to find out how you can get involved.
A selection of RCNA’s most recent key submissions are available below. Please note that some RCNA submissions are available to the public on the websites of the organisations to which the College made the submission. Where possible, links have been created.
